1935 $1000 Bank of Canada English PMG CHOICE UNC64, CCCS GEM65. Key Note

The note was previously graded as GEM UNC65 by Canadian firm CCCS but I sent to PMG for additional scrutiny and they 64'd it (half way between Choice UNC and GEM). It presents as a nice GEM note, a hairline corner tip disturbance is the only minor flaw I can detect to have pulled PMG back from a GEM65-66 score.
